Establish funding commitments, prepare our flight program, and begin reaching families and partners.
Months 4–6
Begin scholarship training and establish initial children's flight referral relationships.
Months 7–9
Expand referral relationships, develop recurring donor support, and increase flight opportunities.
Months 10–12
Evaluate impact, strengthen financial sustainability, and prepare for responsible expansion.
